Champion Style 11 is a Economical Grade Compressed Fibre Jointing used for general purpose applications like steam, water, gas, light acids and alkalies. Its constantly uniform solid run constructed using fibres vulcanized with elastomers to develop a dependable performance sealing product.
Champion Style 11 is available in non-metallic, with smooth anti stick graphited finish and in metallic option i.e with steel wire reinforced gauze insertion. This grade is produced in Red (non metallic) and graphited black color.
Applications :
Champion Style 11 can be used as jointing for general purpose, medium performance duties. Preferred as gasket for liquid and gases in low internal pressure and temperature. Suitable for flanges with low bolt loading conditions. Specification Complicance – IS -2712-1998 W/3
