Expanded Graphite "Braided" Gland Packing Reinforced With SS Wire.
» It is a special pure graphite fibre yarn braided packing having carbon content 99.48% to 99.85%.
» Each yarn used in the packing is reinforced with SS wire, thoroughly incorporated with sacrificial corrosion inhibitor with a special lubricating agent on request.
» This formation ensures the packing to withstand extreme mechanical stress and cyclic loads.
» Special lubricating reduces stem friction and corrosion inhibitor prevents pitting due to the galvanic corrosion.
» Very high sealing efficiency even on oscillating valve stems without much wear and tear.
» The reinforcement of wire enhances the strength of the packing and also helps with stand high temperature and pressure.
» Excellent sealing under mechanical and thermal stress or cyclic loads. Low wear and tear means long sealing life. Emissions much below the EPI limits. Highly resistant to pressure extrusion.
