100% pure virgin multi-directionally expanded PTFE sheet

Champion Jointing ePTFE Ultimate Flange Gasket UFG is a high performance biaxially orientated sheet sealing material containing 100% pure virgin PTFE manufactured from high quality PTFE resin though unique process, giving exceptional mechanical strength eliminating the problems of creep relaxation at elevated temperatures associated with normal (skived or moulded PTFE Sheets). This grade is produced in White colour.

Applications :

Champion Jointing UFG is capable of a wide service range in applications found throughout the process industries. It is an ideal choice for both high load metal flanged applications and low load applications in glass lined steel, glass and plastic lined piping and vessels. It is primarily used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry.

Service Media :

Suitable for use in alkali, acid and chlorine service, can be used for all concentrations of sulphuric acid, hot and cold potable water services. pH range is 0-14.
